I am Dr. Russ Quiring and I author this website and hope that you like the look and feel of it.  I live and practice in Cortez, Colorado which is located in the "4-Corners Area", where Colorado, Utah, New Mexico and Arizona meet.

The term "WebSights" that I use in my company name is used for two reasons;  because I am an eye doctor and I believe that websites should convey a vision and insight into their owner's purpose.
