ALCON'S OPTIFREE REPLENISH

Recondition your lenses everyday!
OPTI-FREE® RepleniSH® retains moisture on the contact lens surface so your
lenses feel fresh and moist throughout the day.
When contact lenses are soaked in OPTI-FREE® RepleniSH®, the surface of the lens
is reconditioned every night by adsorbing a proprietary reconditioning system.
This allows a thin layer of moisture from your natural tears to be maintained on
the lens surface throughout the day.
OPTI-FREE® RepleniSH® allows for a continuous shield of moisture between the
lens and the eye, providing comfort by keeping lenses moist. This shield of
moisture on the surface of the lens may help maintain the appearance of white
eyes (free from redness) in many patients.
Use of OPTI-FREE® RepleniSH® has been shown to increase comfort for wearers of
the most common soft contact-lens material who experience discomfort. In
addition, OPTI-FREE® RepleniSH® reconditions lenses to maintain surface
moisture, allowing many patients to experience clearer vision at the end of the
day.*
OPTI-FREE® RepleniSH® is a sterile, buffered, isotonic, aqueous solution
containing sodium citrate, sodium chloride, sodium borate, propylene glycol,
TearGlyde™, a proprietary dual-action reconditioning system (Tetronic® ** 1304,
nonanoyl ethylenediaminetriacetic acid), with POLYQUAD® (polyquaternium-1)
0.001% and ALDOX® (myristamidopropyl dimethylamine) 0.0005% as preservatives.

AMO's Blink-N-Clean for Rewetting Your Lenses

Dr. Quiring recommends AMO's Blink-N-Clean to all his
patients to not only rewet their lenses but to help remove protein from their
lenses while they wear them!
To lubricate and rewet your lenses to help prevent and
remove protein build-up, apply one or two drops to each eye, up to four times
per day, then blink several times.
If you require more frequent in-the-eye use of COMPLETE® Blink-N-Clean® Lens
Drops to maintain comfortable lens wear, this may signify a condition that
should be evaluated by your eye care practitioner.

Don't Mix Contact Lens Solutions
This information is provided by the American Optometric Association (AOA).
Contact lens wearers who use more than one brand of contact lens solution or who
switch brands may be asking for trouble. Doing so could damage the lenses or
cause eye irritations. The chemicals in different contact lens solutions may not
mix. There's also the possibility that you could be allergic to something in a
lens solution. The safest way is to stay with a family of products from one
company. If you are having problems with a solution you are currently using or
want to change solutions for another reason, check with your optometrist first.
Also, if you are having any wearing problems, such as uncomfortable lenses or
irritated eyes, take all of the solution products you are using with you to your
optometrist's office. Even if you don't think a lens solution is the problem, it
just might be.
