Proclear Toric

The CooperVision's Proclear Toric is Dr. Quiring's second lens of choice for patients with significant astigmatism who require a soft toric lens.  The ONLY reason this lens is his second lens of choice is that it does not offer UV protection. 

My patients absolutely love this lens!  If you have comfort, clarity and dryness issues with your toric lenses, ask your doctor to try this lens. 

It is designed with a front aspheric design which offers crisper vision because it reduces some of the eye's visual aberrations.

This exceptional level of comfort is made possible by PC Technology, which creates a unique material containing molecules of phosphorylcholine (PC), a substance found naturally in human cell membranes. These molecules attract and surround themselves with water, keeping Proclear lenses moist and comfortable, even after 12 hours of wear.

This lens is approved for daily wear (replacement after 31 wearings) and extended wear (up to 6 nights/7 days and replacement after one month). It is packaged in boxes with 6 lenses in individual blister packs.
